Reviewing and editing AI-generated content
This article explains how to review an AI draft so the final proposal sounds like you wrote it.
Steps

Open a section the AI just drafted.

Read the draft out loud. If it sounds like a draft you wrote on a tired Friday, it is good enough to edit. If it sounds like marketing copy from a company that does not exist, you need to rewrite the bones.

Walk through the four checks:

Voice: does the draft sound like you? If not, paste in two paragraphs you wrote yourself and click Re-draft.
- Accuracy: does every claim have a source you can point to? If not, switch the section to Citation-locked mode.
- Strength: does the section answer the requirement directly, or does it dance around it?

Differentiation: does the section say something specific to your business, or could a competitor have written the same thing?

Edit at least one paragraph in your own words. Save.

Click Run Strength Check. Read every flag and either fix it or note why you are leaving it.

What to do if it does not work
If the draft is unfixable, do not submit it. Throw away that draft and write a fresh one from scratch using the AI as a research tool, not a writer.
If you cannot tell whether a claim is accurate, treat it as inaccurate and remove it. Federal evaluators check claims; getting caught with a fabricated number is worse than missing a strong claim.
