Description/Requirement: The U.S. Section, International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), Nogales Field Office, requires purchase and installation of OEM-specific headworks equipment at the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NIWTP), Rio Rico, AZ: • One FT?48 Mensch Severe?Duty Bar Screen (¾" spacing) (replace in kind) • Two Vulcan EWP 250/1000 Washing Presses with control panels (replace in kind) • Two ESR stair?type fine screens (ESR?34 or ESR?28 per final PWS correction) with controls (replace in kind) • Associated OEM wear parts, removal, installation, testing, commissioning, and training Equipment must match existing NIWTP channel geometry (4’x7’), hydraulic profiles (~20 MGD/channel), mounting interfaces, discharge elevations, and NEMA 4X/NEMA 7 control requirements; must integrate with existing screw conveyors and SCADA. 6.
