Hiring an expert from the marketplace
The expert marketplace lets you hire a vetted contractor for proposal review, capture support, compliance help, or related federal contracting work.
Steps

From the dashboard, click Expert Marketplace.

Search by specialty. Common specialties: proposal writing, red team review, capture management, CMMC consulting, pricing strategy.

Filter by recent reviews, agency experience, and rate.

Click into an expert to read their profile, recent reviews, and availability.

To hire, click Hire This Expert.

Describe the job: scope, deliverables, deadline, and your budget.

Confirm the budget. Funds go into escrow when you hire. The expert is paid from escrow when you mark the job complete.

The expert reviews and accepts. You can message them on the job page.

When the work is done, mark the job complete. Funds release within 24 hours.
What to do if it does not work
If you cannot find an expert in your specialty, search by adjacent terms. "Federal proposal writing" returns experts who also do "capture support". The marketplace fills out as more experts join.
If a hire fails because of a card decline, check Settings to update your payment method. The expert is not notified until the card is approved.
If something goes wrong mid-job, you can open a dispute from the job page. The dispute team responds within two business days.
