Solicitation description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy issues Solicitation SPE603-26-R-0530 for comprehensive non-personal Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) fuel services at Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake, California.
