All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **********************AMENDMENT A0002******************************** The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is to: 1) Amend pricing template: Adjust Transition CLIN (establish 2 SCLINs for 60 and 120 days), Adjust 8 to 10 months service for Dallas, Houston and San Antonio areas (Bexar, Dallas, Harris, and Tarrant counties) in the base period, and increase Program Management and Dispatch CLINs from 8 months to 10 months in the base period to account for the four (4) prioritized counties. **********************AMENDMENT A0001 ******************************** The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment is to: 1) Incorporate Government responses to offeror submitted Questions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70CDCR26R00000021 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial services to provide statewide armed ground transportation, 24/7/365 centralized dispatch operations, and a contractor?hosted secure web portal in support of ICE ERO’s 287(g) Program throughout the State of Texas. See the attached solicitation and Attachment 01 – Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full description of requirements. This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns. Large businesses will be required to submit an individual subcontracting plan; see Section I and Section L of the attached solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Offerors shall refer to Sections I and K of the attached solicitation for the complete list of applicable FAR and HSAR provisions and clauses. This acquisition is not a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) in accordance with 15 CFR 700.
