Amendment 0001 - is hereby issued to extend the response date from 22 May 2026 to 27 May 2026 at 2:00 pm, Eastern Time. In addition the question deadline is extended from 29 Apr 2026 to no later than 2:00 pm, Eastern time on 6 May 2026. When submitting your response utilize the IB08 Solicitation Amendment - W9124D26QA1360001 Conformed ______________________________________________________________ The Government requires non-personal services for a contractor to be the sole provider of Officially Licensed Hang Tags, Hologram Stickers, Package Seals, and Track and Trace Technologies. The service is needed to protect the Army's brand integrity, prevent trademark infringement, provide auditable tracking of licensed products, and enhance the Army's public image. The service supports the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA). Performance shall occur at the contractor's facility. This service is commercial, as secure printing and online brand protection portal services are customarily available in the commercial marketplace.
