UNIT PRICE QUOTE SHOULD BE ALL INCLUSIVE OF DELIVERY FOB DESTINATION TO ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, INCLUDING SHIPPING AND COC REQUIREMENTS. **PLEASE NOTE THAT DRAWING ACCESS MUST BE REQUESTED AND APPROVED THROUGH SAM.GOV.
