UPDATE: 17 July 2025 This notice serves to notify interested parties that the Preformance Work Statement - PMP Revision in hereby available. The changes are in regards to Attachment 1 - Housing Privatization (MHPI) dated 17 July 2025 and Attachment 4 - Utilities Privatization (UP) dated 17 July 2025 for the Air Force Housing, Enhanced Use Lease, Lodging, and Utilities (HELU) Privatization Management Program to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Installations Directorate Air Force Privatization Management Programs (PMP). The changes were the result of the Questions and Responses to the RFI submitted in 16 July 2025 Update. Thank you for your continued interest in the Department of the Air Force Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Installations Directorate Air Force HELU-PMP. UPDATE for 17 July 2025 is hereby ended. UPDATE: 16 July 2025 This notice serves to notify interested parties that responses to questions submitted regarding the Air Force Housing, Enhanced Use Lease, Lodging, and Utilities (HELU) Privatization Management Program to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Installations Directorate Air Force Privatization Management Programs (PMP) are now available for review. The attached documents contains the Department of the Air Force’s responses to questions reviewed, as well two Performance Work Statements (PWSs) which was also revised. This information is intended to provide clarification and promote a better understanding of the PMP. We encourage all interested parties to carefully review the attached Questions and Responses document, as well as the PWSs which were revised.
