The correct title of the document is the following: Final DLA TRANSPORTATION PROCESS SUPPORT FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS ATTACH 1. This supsersedes all other documents. All other conditions remain the same. End. P00004 The purpose of modification P00004 is the following: 1.) To remove weekly status reports from the delivery schedule table. This required updating of other documents. 2.) Please see attached updated documents. Final QA SP4704-26-Q-0016 04292026, Final SP470426Q0016 DLA Transportation Processs Support, Final DLA TRANSPORTATION PROCESS SUPPORT FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTION TO OFFEROS ATTACH 1, and Final J3 Transportation Process Support PWS 042926 supersedes all other documents. All other terms and conditions remain the same. End. P00003 The purpose of modificaiton P00003 is the following: 1.) To provide the answers to the questions and update the appropriate form. 2.)
