Work will be performed at Red Hill, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62478-26-C-0001).
