Solicitation description

October 16, 2026 - To proceed with the procurement, the BEAT-LDI JV LLC et al v. The United States Court of Federal Claims Decision (Case Nos. 25-cv-00082) dated September 10, 2026, requires GSA to take action prior to proceeding with contract awards. Amendment 0013 of the Polaris Small Business Pool has been posted in the Polaris Submission Portal (https://polaris.app.cloud.gov). Offerors should login to the Polaris Submission Portal and review the required action. This action is only applicable to existing offerors that submitted a timely proposal for the Polaris GWAC Small Business Pool by October 7, 2022, and previously extended their offer acceptance period through March 31, 2025. ---- December 30, 2024 - Attached is a written announcement to all interested parties. The General Services Administration is announcing contract awards to 102 successful offerors (due to a tie at the 100th position) under the Polaris Governmentwide Acquisition Contract Small Business Pool. The General Services Administration is announcing additional apparently successful offerors in place of previously identified offerors that were found to be other than small. No response is required unless a basis exists to challenge the size status of the additional apparently successful offerors. Written correspondence may be sent to the contracting officer at polaris@gsa.gov. ---- December 11, 2024 - GSA is completing activities in preparation for award of the Polaris GWAC Small Business Pool contracts. A system error incorrectly reflected two contracts as being awarded; however, no contract awards have been made. Contract awards for the Polaris GWAC Small Business Pool are planned for later this month and will be announced via SAM.gov. ---- November 25, 2024 - Amendment 0012 of the Polaris Small Business Pool has been posted in the Polaris Submission Portal (https://polaris.app.cloud.gov). This amendment is to incorporate an updated FAR provision. Offerors should login to the Polaris Submission Portal and review for necessary action. This amendment is only applicable to existing offerors with an active proposal that was submitted for the Polaris GWAC Small Business Pool by October 7, 2022. ---- November 25, 2024 - Attached is a written announcement to all interested parties.
