Solicitation description
This is a no-fail contract and a critical agency requirement to support the Nation’s public health threats. The Contractor shall have the ability to provide highly trained, and readily available staff, which is critical for effective, rapid response to CDC operations, especially when an emergency strikes. It shall recruit onboard and retain on-demand staffing support, which can rapidly be deployed, in the event of a Public Health emergency. The purpose of this task order is to provide CDC with the operational, technical, and scientific expertise required to sustain daily Emergency Operations Center (EOC) functions while enabling rapid, scalable surge support across the ORR and DEO. This dual structure ensures the Government can maintain constant baseline readiness while rapidly expanding capacity to meet emerging response requirements.
