IHHC - Implementation of a network wireless system

Solicitation description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit – Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) in Tonalea, AZ, intends to award a Purchase Order with Mohawk Networks, LLC (URK1MTKYLAC8) for Cisco ireless Controller and Cisco Access Points including licenses and supplies along with contractor installation and training of the wireless network. The services will include cable installation. The wireless network will allow users to access real-time information such as documents, emails, applications and other resources while moving throughout the facility to increase productivity and mobility. The wireless network will extend network access to places in the facility that are not accessible by wires and cables. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services with a small business size standard of $34.0M. No further awards will be made unless the need for Inscription House Health Center changes. The prospective, award as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with RFO Part 12.102(a), only one source for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) using RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures for commercial products and services. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than 09/14/2026 at 8:00am EDT. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
