Solicitation description

The Government has removed the requirement to submit Appendix AA (NON-KEY Specimen Collector and Clinic training certifications) with the proposal. Offerors must instead provide a signed attestation of compliance as described in the forthcoming amendment. This change does not affect the proposal due date. The Price Proposal Template is updated. Instructions include transition pricing and definitions of “Lot” and “Hour” are provided. The TECV formulas for Ordering Periods 2–5 now reference the correct total extended value cells. Highlighting updated on CLIN X011. Also, Transition is now included for $500,000. CLIN X081 is deleted as it was a duplicate. Miscellaneous IME Tests (NTE) is updated to remove the “(NTE)”. The RFP and Q&As are updated as A0002, changes highlighted blue. A0001 changes are still highlighted yellow. Attachments #22-#23-#24 are now provided The Past Performance Questionnaire has also been updated to remove the header with an incorrect solicitation number.
