Update Attachment 3 - Pricing Sheet ***************End of Modification*************** This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 80JSC026Q0010 for a contractor/facility capable of providing a comprehensive underwater spaceflight analog training and testing capability that includes all infrastructure, personnel, equipment, materials, food, supplies, and operational support required for multi-day subsea missions. Additional information is provided in Attachment 1. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) Number 2026-01. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541715 and 1,000 employees, respectively. The offeror must state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which must be considered by the agency.
