NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD AND JUSTIFICATION & APPROVAL (J&A) POSTING Please Note: This is an award notice and public posting of a Fair Opportunity Exception (FOE) Justification and Approval (J&A). This is NOT a request for quotes, proposals, or expressions of interest. The Government will not accept or respond to any submissions regarding this notice. The Department of War (DoW), Defense Health Agency, Contracting Division - Defense Healthcare Management Systems (CD-DHMS) is publishing the redacted FOE J&A for the award of HT003826FE006. This contract action was awarded on a sole-source/limited-source basis to Leidos, Inc. to support pre-implementation, user adoption, change management and cutover preparation activities in support of a “control” pilot for a Service Treatment Record (STR) Zero Day capability.
