Title: This procurement is for the repair and maintenance of Narcotic Destruction. Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 21, San Francisco Medical Center 1. INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support, a requirement for Narcotic Destruction, VISN 21, Southern Nevada Medical Center. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement and identifying potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562211 (Hazardous Waste and Treatment and Disposal), with a size standard of $34M Passive RTLS Maintenance, VISN 21 –Las Vagas the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6505 (Drugs and Biologicals) Narcotic Destruction, VISN 21. 2. Performance will occur for Station 662 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 21, Southern Nevda Medical Center, and its associated regional clinics under the VA Las Vegas Healthcare System. Key technical capability requirements include: Provide routine software updates, firmware upgrades, and hardware upkeep for passive RTLS sensors, tags, and tracking systems. Ensure personnel hold valid manufacturer certifications required to work on specialized medical and enterprise logistics tracking components. Adhere strictly to VA information security, network connectivity, and patient safety privacy mandates Las Vegas - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. 4. CAPABILITY STATEMENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement that directly addresses their ability to fulfill this requirement.
