AMENDMENT 0002 is to remove the Small Business set-aside and make this solicitation Full and Open, and to revise Factor 1 Technical Compatibility under Section E.2 52.212-2 Evaluation. AMENDMENT 0001 is to extend the response due date and deadline from April 13, 2026 5:00 pm PST to April 15, 2026 5:00 pm PST. This is for a Evoqua Brand Name acquisition and five year annual service maintenance for an Evoqua water purification system at the Roseburg VA Medical Center. This is for an open market brand name limited source acquisition. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0515 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Evoqua Brand Name acquisition and annual service maintenance for an Evoqua water purification system at the Roseburg VA Medical Center This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
