Incorporate revised frequency chart for Melbourne, J2 -1 FC VRB ATCT FPR ATCT MLB SCC (Vero Beach Fort Pierce) R4, to reflect the change in frequency from: D7 = 1x Day, 7 Days/Wk to: D5 = 1x Day, 5 Days/Wk 2. To extend the due date of this solicitation from: Monday, 05/11/26 at 2PM ET to: Thursday, 05/14/2026 at 2PM ET. ************************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 00004: The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to: a.) Incorporate Wage Determination Attachment(s) J-16 Wage Determinations No. 2015-4563, J-17 Wage Determinations No. 2015-4567, and J-18 Wage Determination No. 2015-4547. b.) Respond to vendor questions received and incorporate Attachment J-19 QAs MIA Consolidated Janitorial 05.06.26 Final. c.) Revise Pricing Schedule to add the following service facilities: Sarasota (SRQ) 705 Tower Rd. Sarasota Fl, 33913 and Clearwater (PIE) 14510 Airport Parkway, Clearwater, Fl, 33762 d.) The due date remains unchanged for Monday, 5/11/26 at 2PM ET.
