Solicitation description
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed to receive contract awards. SDVOSB must be registered with Small Business Association (SBA) https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ to be eligible for award. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Barcode Scanners (Brand Name or Equal). The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to deliver bar code scanners. Equipment will be delivered to the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, 2200 Ft Roots Drive, Building 182, North Little Rock AR, 72114. Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to T Miller, Contract Specialist, at t.miller@va.gov.
