The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), in support of the Department of War Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) Scaled Directed Energy (SCADE), awarded the Joint Directed Energy Consortium (JDEC) to National Security Technology Accelerator, Inc.
