Solicitation description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capability to perform maintenance and associated support services for submarine launched Heavyweight Torpedoes (HWT) MK 48 MOD 6, MOD 6 Advanced Common Torpedo (ACOT), and MOD 7 Common Broadband Advanced Sonar System (CBASS) Warshot and Exercise variants. Intermediate and Progressive Depot Level Repair (PDLR) maintenance and support services including, quality assurance, training, facilities, test/handling equipment, environmental, safety, production planning, Ordnance Inventory System (OIS) management, and transportation will be performed at Submarine Torpedo Intermediate Maintenance Activity (SUBTORPIMA) Pearl Harbor, in Ewa Beach, HI. Operational requirements are identified in Attachment 1. The notional organizational structure is depicted in Attachment 2. Responses to this notice must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed at the bottom of this notice and must be received no later than 12:00PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 25, June 2026.
