Mill Springs Mill is located approximately 15 miles from Somerset and 5 miles from Monticello on Highway 1275 in Wayne County, Kentucky. QUOTE DUE DATE: Quotes are due No Later Than 11:00AM Central Time on 17 June 2026 and must be submitted to Jamie Lynn Barnes at jamie.l.barnes@usace.army.mil.
