THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT ASOLICITATION AND IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the availability of vendors who meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” in accordance with HHSAR 326.601, and also/or meet the small business size standards under the NAICS Code associated with this notice. Responses to this sources sought notice will assist in determining the method of procurement and acquisition strategy use for an upcoming requirement. This notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. All capable sources shall express written interest by responding to this sources sought notice with the following information: 1. Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Website, and business size under the associated NAICS Code. 2. System for Award Management (SAM)Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number, expiration, and registration status. 3. Any active GSA, VA, FSS procurement vehicle. 4. Capabilities Statement (no more than 1 page) 5. Complete the attached IHS Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
