Solicitation description

Modification 5: The purpose of this modification is to post Amendment 00003 to the 80MSFC26R0002 ESSCA II solicitation and to provide an ESSCA II RFP Amendment 00001 to Amendment 00003 Clause and Provision Change Matrix. NOTE: This amendment requires full submission (or resubmission) of proposals from potential Offerors. The primary purpose of Amendment 00003 is to communicate the potential impact of NASA's February 6, 2026, Workforce Directive on the ESSCA II solicitation. This amendment also incorporates the capability to place firm-fixed-price orders under the skills augmentation portion of the ESSCA II scope. Interested parties are encouraged to review file 2026 07 06__Amendment 00003 80MSFC26R0002 Cover Letter with Appendix A,B.pdf and file 2026 07 06_Amendment 00003 80MSFC26R0002 SF30.pdf for additional information. NOTE: As a result of this change, the due date for proposal submission has been extended to August 6, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
